Traffic on I-43 northbound was down to one lane for about an hour early this morning in Sheboygan County, following the report of a semi-truck on fire.
Sergeant Ryan Kelley of the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office explained authorities received the call of a truck fire on the shoulder of I-43 near mile marker 128 in the Town of Sheboygan about 12:15 AM.
There were no injuries, and the fire was extinguished by the Town of Sheboygan Fire department.
Sergeant Kelley did say the semi-truck was severely damaged.
