A Kenosha County man will spend the rest of his life in prison for killing another man, and committing other crimes for two weeks while he was being sought. A judge has refused to consider a supervised release down the line for 34-year-old Andrew Obregon of Bristol. Obregon admitted killing 37-year-old Tywon Anderson in September of 2015 in disputes about a drug deal. Officials say Obregon then went on a two-week crime spree which included stolen vehicles, an attack on one woman, and three high speed police chases before he was arrested in Illinois. Obregon made a plea deal with prosecutors that dropped 32 criminal charges in Kenosha County down to six, including the first degree homicide charge which gave him his life prison term.
