A team of investigators led by an epidemiologist at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee is looking into whether air pollution from traffic is connected to childhood autism.  The university announced Monday it has landed a grant for nearly two-and-a-half-million dollars from the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences to further explore the issue.  Officials say several recent studies have implicated air pollution from vehicles as an influence in the development of childhood disorders that also include A-D-H-D.
