A Manitowoc woman has been arrested on two charges of battery, and a charge of disorderly conduct. The incident took place on Saturday, and saw police called to a domestic disturbance at a house on the 1600 block of South 10TH Street at around 9:30 P.M. According to the police report, when police arrived they found a man locked in a room hiding from his wife, who was obviously intoxicated, and was  breaking things and trying to attack him. Police were able to get the bloody man out of the house, but the woman threw a vacuum cleaner at him. When police attempted to restrain the woman, she struck the officer, and threw his radio on the round. She was eventually detained, and brought up on three charges, including Battery to Law Enforcement, and Disorderly Conduct.
