Supreme Court Chief Justice Patience Roggensack has been chosen by her fellow justices to remain in the leadership position for another two years.  Roggensack is a part of the state court’s five-to-two conservative majority.  In a prepared statement, she vows to maintain an “open-door policy to all people wishing to discuss the administration of Wisconsin courts.”  Roggensack was elected to the high court in 2003, after serving as a state appeals court judge.  She assumed her current position two years ago.
