Sheboygan firefighter responded to a report of a house fire at around 5:30 last night. The home, which is located on North 4th Street, had smoke and flames emitting from a second story window when crews arrived, and the blaze eventually spread to the attic. Of the two people that were in the home at the time of the fire, one escaped without injury, while the other was injured after leaping from a second story window to escape the inferno. No damage estimates have been released, the the building reportedly has significant smoke and water damage.
