Officials have released the names of two people who drowned in separate incidents on the Fourth of July in southeast Wisconsin. In Racine, police say 14-year-old Daryle Neal, Junior drowned while swimming with two friends in a mucky area of the Root River near a large storm sewer drain. And in Fond du Lac County, sheriff’s deputies say 23-year-old Steven Wade of Delafield had a unknown medical condition that caused him to fall below the surface of Deneveu Lake. Officials say Wade was an avid swimmer, and the cause of his death has not been determined. Both drownings took place late Tuesday afternoon.
