Four Year old Alyssa Chimielewski of Clintonville died after an accident involving fireworks. Monday night at around 10:30, the girl’s father placed a number of “sparkler type” fireworks into a metal tube, and lit them. The tube exploded, sending shrapnel into his daughter’s neck and upper spine. Alyssa died at the scene. The investigation remains ongoing with an autopsy of the body scheduled for today.
