Two Green Bay residents are in jail after allegedly leaving their children at city parks, while they stole from a store, and got high on heroin. 34 year old Gustavo Cantu and 35 year old Nicole Twocrow reportedly stole a laptop from the Walmart on West Mason Street, and used the money to buy heroin, while their children were at separate city parks. They both overdosed at a gas station, and one needed to be revived with NARCAN. Cantu is being held on a $10,000 cash bond, while Twocrow is being held on $5,000 signature bond.
