Green Bay Woman Missing

A 28 year old Green Bay woman went missing under what police are calling suspicious circumstances. Jessica Hovell was last seen on Wednesday morning at around 2:30 AM, and is considered endangered. Police believe she is with 32 year old Brian Lequia. Police believe the pair is traveling in a gold 2004 Chevrolet Impala with notable damage to the driver’s side.
