For the second time in the last week, Governor Scott Walker plans to spend a day looking at storm damage in Wisconsin. He’ll visit a Red Cross command center in Arcadia and Brookwood High school in Ontario, where up to seven and one half inches of rain caused rivers to spill early Thursday. State officials say eleven people were evacuated in Arcadia and 75 in nearby Galesville where the fire department got flooded. Shelters have been set up in both Arcadia and Galesville along with La Crosse, Sparta, and Richland Center where an apartment complex was evacuated. About 15-hundred electric customers were without power as of 4:30 this (Friday) morning, mostly in southwest Wisconsin, after about ten-thousand customers were in the dark late Thursday morning throughout the state.
