The Wisconsin and Notre Dame football teams have resumed discussions about a two game series at N-F-L stadiums in Green Bay and Chicago. Badgers’ coach Paul Chryst confirmed the talks at the Big Ten media days in Chicago, and Packers’ president Mark Murphy gave the same confirmation while at his team’s annual stockholders’ meeting on Monday. Chryst says he’d love to take his Badgers back to Lambeau, where the U-W opened last season with a 16-14 victory against L-S-U. The Chicago Tribune had the first word on the Badger/Notre Dame football talks. Wisconsin has three non conference games already committed for both 2018 and ’19, but only one for the 2020 season — and the two schools have not played each other in 53 years.
