Bail was set a $1000 cash for a 26- year- old Two Rivers man after a firearms incident over the weekend. Joshua J. Kinjen had allegedly brandished a loaded handgun in the city Saturday night. Police responded to a residence in the 2100 block of East River Street and during their investigation discovered that Kinjen pointed the loaded weapon at two neighbors. Officers say that he appeared to be intoxicated and dropped the weapon when they confronted him. A blood alcohol test was submitted and Kinjen was taken to jail. Conditions of bail are that he report to two police within 72 hours of release—have no contact with the victims or their residence—possess no firearms and maintain absolute sobriety. His initial appearance is scheduled for August 14th at 2:30.
