Twenty Arrested In Oshkosh Prostitution Crackdown

Oshkosh Police say they’ve arrested 20 prostitutes and customers during a three day period. Vice and narcotics officers apprehended six women and one man, all from Milwaukee, for prostitution — along with 13 male customers who allegedly solicited the hookers. They’re from various places between Appleton and Milwaukee, and one is from San Bruno, California. Police say some of the men had illegal drugs on them, and one was suspected of illegally possessing a gun as a convicted felon. Officials say one of the female prostitutes had an electronic weapon — and one had a three-month-old child with her, and the baby is now staying with a relative.
