Naked Burglar to Take Competency Exam

Bradley Braxton was arrested for an incident in Appleton back on July 15^th, where he broke into a home and was found sleeping naked, and the courts have ordered a competency exam in the 40 year old. The psychiatric exam will determine if Braxton is able to understand the legal proceedings and assist in his own defense. It is not a determination of his mental status at the time of the offense. Braxton allegedly drank whiskey and ate a blueberry muffin before falling asleep in the home. The next court date will be scheduled after the exam has been completed.
