A man suspected of killing a 16-year-old Milwaukee boy during a gun battle with somebody else is scheduled to enter a plea in court this (Friday) morning. Twenty-nine-year-old Jamarr Hicks is charged with aiding a felon, after he and 28-year-old Tomaz Robinson reportedly traded gunshots June 25th in which 16-year-old Emani Robinson was killed in crossfire on Milwaukee’s north side. Neither of the alleged shooters are directly charged in the killing. Tomaz Robinson waived a preliminary hearing this week on a charge of illegal firearm possession as a convicted felon. He’s scheduled to enter a plea to that charge August 16th.
