Ever since the announcement of Foxconn investing $10 billion toward a facility in wisconsin politicians and business owners alike have rejoiced, including those from the Manitowoc area. The reason for that is that some businesses could acquire a contract to supply the Taiwanese company with what they need. Obviously there are no guarantees as to who would be doing the supplying.
