Though not calling them suspects, Madison police are warning the public that two “persons of interest” in a fatal shooting Friday morning should be considered armed and dangerous. Police say they want to talk to 34-year-old Jennifer Lovick and 33-year-old Korey Johnson about the incident on the city’s north side. Police say Lovick and Johnson spend a lot of time on Madison’s State Street in the downtown area. Investigators say 24-year-old Ciara Philumalee was found in an apartment building parking lot at about 1:45 a-m with a head wound. She was taken to a hospital, where she died. A 44-year-old man was also wounded and his name wasn’t released.
