A man in Green Bay led police on a slow speed chase yesterday evening. The driver was a man in his 60’s approached the roundabout at Heritage Road and Green Leaf road in De Pere and crashed into the center island. He continued to drive, picking up a police tail, leading them through Allouez and Green Bay in a trip that spanned seven miles. After crashing into a transit bus, the driver came to a stop. The man was suffering from a mental condition, and was taken to a hospital. The name and condition of the driver have not been released.
