Pewaukee native Mark Wilson is tied for 36th going into today’s (Friday’s) second round of the P-G-A’s Barracuda Championship in Reno, Nevada. Wilson had seven points Thursday in the modified Stableford scoring format that gives points for going below par and penalizes them for going above it. Charlie Danielson of Osceola is tied for 64th with five points, and John Huh is the leader with 15. Meanwhile, there’s a full weekend of auto racing at Road America in Elkhart Lake, highlighted by the International Motor Sports Association’s Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge on Sunday. Veteran Christian Fittiapaldi is among those competing in the ten race series.
