The Green Bay School District has finalized their discipline expectations document after working on it for three years. The document clearly outlines to students, parents and staff the kinds of behaviors that are unacceptable, such as bullying, sexual harassment, alcohol and drug possession and tells the penalty that each violation can bring. Monday the school board got a status report on the document which is set to be implemented in the upcoming school year. The guidelines come after the shocking reveal of what happened at Washington Middle School by Kerstin Westcott, a former tweacher at the school, who now teaches in the Manitowoc School District.
