In an update to the Green Bay shooting incident over the weekend, and unnamed 18 year old man was arrested, and is the suspected shooter. The incident reportedly happened early Saturday morning on the 2600 Block of Browning Road. The victim was shot once in the upper body, and was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The case remains under investigation, and does not appear to be a random act of violence. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Green Bay Police at 920-448-3200.
