Sheboygan Man Facing Theft Charges

A Sheboygan man finds himself in hot water after he allegedly stole multiple guns from his dead neighbor’s trailer. 49 year old Steven Winans allegedly condected the theft in April at the Indian Meadows Trailer Park. Winans was outside the home the day the neighbor was found dead, and allegedly broke into the trailer that night. Winans then broke into a locked gun cabinet to take the guns, and also made off with other iems from the home. Winans facing two felony burglary charges
