Waukegan Man Leads Police on Chase

A Waukegan Illinois man is in custody after fleeing from police in a vehicle in Outagamie County. Police were called just before noon to the parking lot of Lang’s Landscaping, on a report of a vehicle driving recklessly. 34 year old Sergio Rios threatened the employees with a knife, and fled the scene southbound on State Highway 47. He made a stop at Ron’s Service in the village of Black Creek and again threatened employees with a knife. Rios then Fled on STH 54, reaching speeds in excess of 100 MPH. Rios was eventually stopped, and taken in without incident.
