Teen Arrested for Disorderly Conduct

Manitowoc police arrested a 17 year old man on Wednesday night for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Pablo Gomez allegedly walked up on a police officer as he helped the driver and passengers of a disabled car off the road at South 10th Street to the 900 block of Franklin Street. That is when Gomez shouted obscenities before trying to run away. the officer drew his Taser, but never fired it as Gomez was handcuffed and taken into custody.
