The Mariners Trail in Manitowoc will be under construction starting tomorrow. The trail will be closed from East Reed Ave and will extend about 400 feet south. The project is expected to be finished by Friday September 15th. Any questions can be directed to the City of Manitowoc Parks Office at 930-686-3580. Office hours are from 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM on weekdays.
