Lakeshore Community Health Care has moved to their new facility in Manitowoc. Their new facility is located at 2719 Calumet Ave, and doubles their capacity. On top of being bigger, the new facility will also host in the future an in-house pharmacy, pediatrics, prenatal care and women’s health care. Lakeshore Community Health Care focuses on serving the nearly 20,000 Manitowoc County residents identified as low-income, uninsured and those enrolled in Medicaid.
