A 27 year old Appleton man was attempting to car surf yesterday morning, when he fell off, injuring his head. The incident took place around 6:00 AM, on the 600 block of W. Lawrence Street. A 33 year old man was driving the car, and claimed the other man jumped on his car. When the driver told him to get off, the man refused, so the driver took off. The man was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries, and upon release, was charged with disorderly conduct, and damage to property.
