Two Found Dead Near LaCrosse

Two people have been found dead in a home on French Island on the Wisconsin side of the Mississippi River north of La Crosse. Police in the town of Campbell say the woman lived in the house, but the man didn’t. Officers were called around 5:30 a-m and were asked to check on the people’s welfare. Police say they’re not looking for suspects in the incident. The victims’ names were not immediately released.
