A Green Bay man was arrested after a pit bull was found chained outside and auto body shop On Friday, the Green Bay Police Department’s senior humane officer was called to the shop in the 600 block of Dousman Street, to find the dog with severe mange and an injured eye. The pit bull belonged to 42 year old Marco Rodriguez, and was chained to a pole in the sweltering 90 degree heat with no protection. The dog was seized, and Rodriguez was arrested on charges of Mistreating Animals, Disorderly Conduct, and Obstructing an Officer. Bond is set at $2,500.
