A Whitewater man and his stepbrother have been arrested and booked into the Rock County Jail for allegedly using a bow-and-arrow to kill a buck on a Fulton deer farm. Daniel Deegan had reported one of his deer was missing Monday. A picture of a buck, killed by a bow hunter, had been circulating on social media over the weekend. Investigators say Darrick Edward Matthew Riggs admitted killing the deer and taking it home. He had registered the deer kill in Jefferson County. Riggs told authorities his stepbrother, Christopher Riggs-Boss, took part in the killing and the removal of the deer carcass.
