Relief is coming slowly for Arcadia flood victims. Turton Creek, just over two months ago, ran over its banks and into the streets and homes in the town. Governor Scott Walker toured the damaged areas and supported a nearly 15-million-dollar federal matching fund. The city administrator says a feasibility study must still be done, and is expected to be completed in either 2018 or 2019.
