A motorcycle accident in Calumet County yesterday afternoon has resulted in one person dead and another in the hospital. The incident took place on Highway 55 in the Town of Stockbridge. According to reports, a vehicle was stopped on the highway, waiting to turn, when the motorcycle slammed into the back end of the vehicle. The 59 year old male driver of the motorcycle was airlifted to a hospital with serious injuries, while his 53 year old female passenger was killed at the scene. Both resided in Fond du Lac.
