Roncalli Soccer Results

In boys soccer: Roncalli captured 3^rd Saturday in the 6-team Cedar Grove-Belgium ‘rocket’ tournament.  The Jets dropped their opening match to the host team….3-1….before shutting out Ozaukee, 4’-nil.  Then, in the contest for 3^rd place, the Jets tied Living Word Lutheran from Jackson…1-all.  The game went into a 5-penalty kick ‘overtime’…when Roncalli goalkeeper, Nick Seidl, stopped ‘2’ shots for Living Word, compared to ‘1’ miss for Guido Lenaerts’ squad, enabling the Jets to win.
