A state appeals court rules against three former girls’ basketball players who thought it was too harsh to remove them from the team for cyberbullying another player. A judge in Oconto County ruled against the Crivitz High School girls, who said they suffered undue emotional distress by being suspended. Officials say the girls were taken off the team after one took photos of a teammate who was getting dressed before a game. The Third District Appellate Court in Wausau today (Tuesday) upheld the circuit judge’s ruling from last year which dismissed the lawsuit from the three girls.
