US Senate Candidate Vukmir Raises $250,000 In Three Weeks

U-S Senate candidate Leah Vukmir (vook’meer) says she has raised almost a quarter-million dollars in just three weeks. Vukmir is a Republican state senator from Wauwatosa who’s running for the seat held by Democrat Tammy Baldwin. Vukmir is the first to announce her general fundraising total for the period ending September 30th. She has only been able to raise money for about three weeks, because she did not officially enter the race until September seventh. Vukmir and businessman Kevin Nicholson are seeking the Republican Senate nomination in a primary next August.
