Heart-a-Rama 2017 raised $83,900 thanks to the dedicated efforts of more than 200 volunteers, sponsors & patrons. $75,510 was donated to the American Heart Association, Midwest Affiliate. The remainder was used to purchase 10 Automated External Defibrillators (AED’s) which have been distributed to public gathering places in Manitowoc County. HAR has raised over 2.4 million dollars in 47 years to help fund research in the fight against heart disease.
