A summerlike autumn is starting to fall apart in more of Wisconsin. Frost advisories are in effect until nine this (Monday) morning for the state’s midsection, from Medford to Wausau on the north edge and Mauston to Plover on the south end. A killing frost is not predicted for now, and only far northern Wisconsin has seen that. The National Weather Service is urging folks in central areas to keep their sensitive plans and crops covered until the frost advisory ends at nine. Southern Wisconsin has no such frost concerns, with temperatures in the 40s in most areas as of five o’clock. Dry weather is again in the statewide forecast, with highs in the upper 50s to low 60s.
