Milwaukee Police say a stolen S-U-V was in a street race when it slammed into three other units and injured at least five people. It happened late Saturday night and police disclosed the incident today (Monday). The 16-year-old male driver in the S-U-V reportedly ran off following the crash, but he was arrested a short time later. The passengers in the S-U-V — three girls and a 17-year-old boy — were all seriously injured, and somebody in one of the other units was hurt and hospitalized. Officials say the S-U-V was stolen on Friday night, and police say they’ll ask prosecutors to file charges of reckless injury, not helping those seriously injured, vehicle theft, and driving after his license was revoked.
