Additional charges are expected against the 44-year-old driver who apparently fell asleep, drove across the centerline of State Highway 11 and caused a fatal accident. Nathan L. Leopolid has been charged with operating while intoxicated so far. The other driver, a 70-year-old Juda resident, was dead at the crash site in the Town of Spring Grove. That person’s name hasn’t been released. A 12-year-old passenger in the car was injured, but the extent of the injuries isn’t known.
