Tribal police in northeast Wisconsin say a small packet of methamphetamine was found in a youngster’s Halloween candy. It was reported to Menominee Indian police early today (Monday). A mother turned the packet in, and officers confirmed that the drug was meth. Officials say the youngster did not try eating the powder.
