Prosecutors say two men high fived each other after they broke into a house and beat, bound, and smothered a 76-year-old man to death. Police say the body of Kenneth Latus was bound underneath a blanket October 21st in his home in the Milwaukee suburb of Greendale. Forty-two-year-old Calvin Fleener is in jail after being charged with reckless homicide, forced robbery, burglary, and battery. Twenty-two-year-old James Johansen appeared in court Tuesday, and he’s jailed on an 85-thousand dollar bond on charges of felony murder and robbery. He’s due back in court next Tuesday for a preliminary hearing.
