Dillon’s Law has taken another big step towards becoming a reality, after it passed a State Senate vote unanimously. The bill is named after the son of Angel and George Mueller, who died after having an allergic reaction to a bee sting back in October 2014. The bill would make it possible for anyone trained in recognizing anaphylaxis and administering epinephrine to obtain a prescription for an auto-injector and purchase it at a pharmacy. State Rep. Andre Jacque is a leading sponsor for Dillon’s Law, and he has asked Walker if he would sign the bill at Mishicot High School, where Dillon had spent time with his teachers and friends.
