A settlement conference with the Manitowoc County District Attorney’s office is scheduled January 12th for a 18 year old Kiel man who allegedly put a gun to his ex-girlfriends head. Joshua Radder (ray-der) faces seven charges including attempted first degree intentional homicide. Police say that Radder began to threaten the girl at a Manitowoc residence October 18th to the point where she began to run for her life. He eventually caught up to her placing a gun to her head pulling the trigger but it didn’t fire. She was able to get away with help of a friend whom Radder pulled a gun on forcing him to get in a car and drive to Sheboygan. He eventually came back to Manitowoc where he was apprehended and taken into custody. No trial date has been set.
