House Speaker Paul Ryan of Janesville is the latest to urge Ray Moore of Alabama to withdraw from his U-S Senate race. Some Wisconsin Republicans say Moore should pull out if it’s proven that he molested girls in the 1970s when he was in his 30s and the girls were in their teens. On Monday, another woman came forward saying the former state judge in Alabama accused him of a sexual assault in the 70s. Moore has denied all the allegations, but Governor Scott Walker on Monday said Moore should step aside anyway. U-S Senate Republican Ron Johnson of Wisconsin now says it would be “nice” if Moore could withdraw so a Republicans could choose a different nominee.
