A man shot and killed while driving a car that crashed into a house was the son of Milwaukee’s volunteer police chaplain. Officials say almost one dozen gunshots were fired at 23-year-old Donovan Hines. Brenda Hines says she volunteered to be a police chaplain to help families cope with type of loss she’s feeling. The shooting took place just before one a-m Monday in a north side Milwaukee neighborhood. No one was inside the house was hurt. Police have been looking for both a suspect and a motive.
