A federal jury has found a former Manitowoc doctor not guilty on 19 counts of violating the Controlled Substance Act by prescribing painkillers “outside of the usual course of professional medical practice and not for legitimate medical purpose.”
The jury came back with the verdict in the Charles Szyman trial after a few hours of deliberation today.
