There were a handful of games last night in Girls High School Basketball. Valders topped Winnebago Lutheran-Fond du Lac, 82-53, Mishicot trampled Chilton 65-37, Little Chute beat Kiel 53-46, and Cedar Grove-Belguin bested Kewaskum 40-27. Tonight there several more games of local interest, including Roncalli taking the road to face the Bonduel Bears. The 2-0 Michicot team will travel to Manitowoc Lutheran in the Lancers opener. Sheboygan Lutheran is playing at Reedsville in their first game of the season. Hilbert will be taking on the defending State Champs, Howards Grove on their home court, and Plymouth will be visiting Sheboygan Falls. The Jets and Bears can be heard on 1240 AM WOMT and at www.womtradio.com in a 7:00 tip off, while the Lancers and Indians will be on AM 980 WCUB for a 7:15 tip off.
Meanwhile in College Basketball, Davenport University had their way with Silver Lake College, winning 113-44.
