Kenosha Police expect to say more today (Monday) about the death of a man in a house owned by a retired police chief in nearby Pleasant Prairie. Officials have not said who the man is, or how he died. The Kenosha News says the house is owned by David Mogensen, who was an officer in Pleasant Prairie for 28 years and was the department’s interim police chief in 2012. Kenosha Police say they were called to the home Friday, and they’re still investigating the death.
