The Milwaukee Bucks struggle on offense for the second game in a row as they lost at home to the Washington Wizards, 99-88 Monday night. Bradley Beal broke a tie game late in the third quarter by going on a personal 7-0 run, and the Bucks faded in the final period as they trailed by as many as 17. Milwaukee only made four of 22 shots from three point range — and the Bucks also had a hard time scoring in the paint, making just 24 of 44 from close up. Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 23, and John Henson had ten points and ten rebounds as the Bucks dropped their second straight to return to .500 at 8-8 — and Beal led the Wizards with 23. Bucks’ coach Jason Kidd missed the game after he and his wife had their third child on Sunday, daughter Cooper Anne — and assistant Joe Prunty led the team.
